This unit is the floor base to hold a single grappler pivot. Insert an Olympic barbell into the pivot to make a SINGLE HANDED angled barbell training set-up that can accommodate a wide variety of handle types (sold separately). You can do literally dozens (perhaps hundreds) of exercises with this unit; make unique combinations of aerobic and strength movements that can be done sequentially in a non-stop manner for superb athletic conditioning.
We sell this base by itself so that people who already own a landmine pivot can upgrade by buying only the base, and therefore save money. We also sell the complete unit (the floor base and the pivot together) for those don't already have a pivot unit, or for those that want another pivot for multiple users or set-ups. The unit has rubber feet to minimize wobbling on uneven floors.

This is one of the best ways to work excess fat off the abdomen and sides of your trunk (those stubborn "love handles" WILL finally succumb to the assault of consistent, prolonged, hard landmine training).
