T-bar rowing was probably the first angled barbell exercise, and has been around for decades. This handle will give you a straight, linear grip on approximately 2" thick handles, and will turn your grappler pivot into a T-bar rowing machine. It is hard to beat this one for a thick, powerful upper back. Add some size and strength to your lats and traps in a hurry.
You can alternate this straight grip with a parallel "hammer" grip to add some variety to your back work, attacking your lats from different angles.
The 2" thick handle is fat enough to give your forearms a good workout, but not so intensely challenging to your grip that your back workout will suffer because you cannot hang on to the heavier poundages... Just the right balance.
This product consists of ONLY the handle. For instructional purposes, the handle is shown as part of a fully functional grappler unit set-up for T-bar rowing; the Olympic plates, collars, barbells, and grappler unit is not included and must be purchased separately.
