3 inch Two-Hand Pinch Grip Handle with carabiner
These bars are the two-handed version of our Single-Hand Pinch Grip Handles, the difference being that they are 29 inches long instead of 6 inches long. They can be used with a cable, a loading pin, a grappler, or for dragging a sled. They are welded and powder coated with a texturized finish for enhanced grip.
It is recommended to train with a variety of grip thicknesses for total grip development. This handle is three inches thick. We also make 1/4, 1, 1.5, and 2 inch models of this handle.
