3.5 inch Cylindrical Grip Handle with Carabiner
Sturdy handle for grip training. This handle can be used with a loading pin and weight plates, a cable, for dragging a sled, or strapped to a chinning bar. Welded and powder coated with a texturized finish for enhanced grip.
It is recommended to train with a variety of grip thicknesses for total grip development. This cylindrical handle is approximately 3.5 inches in diameter. We also make 2.4 inch and 2.9 inch models of this handle.
