Sturdy handle for grip training. This handle can be used with a loading pin and weight plates, a cable, for dragging a sled, or strapped to a chinning bar. Welded and powder coated with a texturized finish for enhanced grip. 

It is recommended to train with a variety of grip thicknesses for total grip development. Many of our competitors offer only one size of this type of handle, but we offer a variety of diameters to accommodate different hand sizes and also to provide training variety. The carabiner hook is included, but the loading pin shown in some of the photographs is for illustrative purposes only and must be purchased separately. 

The 3.5 inch diameter has been discontinued due to unavailability of the steel spheres.
